In Robert Frost country

Just outside of Middlebury, Vermont in the Green Mountain national forest there is an interpretive trail with mounted copies of Frost’s poems dotting a path in the woods near a cabin where he often stayed and wrote some of them. Even though the autumn foliage is past its peak you can still catch a glimpse or two of what recently was as you read the words of wisdom that have become such an integral part of American culture. It’s a good place to contemplate the new roads that are soon to be taken in the homeland. They’ve been not taken far too long.
