When the festival comes…
…we leave town. Just kidding, but it’s usually hard to attract customers during the festival. In any case, we’ll be closed tomorrow while we conclude our little family reunion. All four grandkids were helping out sorting books yesterday and now half of them are heading home to Barcelona. We’re open today, August 8, from 1.30Continue reading “When the festival comes…”

In the sand
Sometimes, it’s not such a bad thing to have your head in the sand, literally, that is, especially if you’re on the beach near Tarragona in Spain, a bit off the beaten tourist track, where we spent the weekend. With the phone filled with new horrors from the so-called real world outside, it can doContinue reading “In the sand”
